•  Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed).

•  Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

•  Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of other guests.

• Upon check-in, you will receive a magnetic key card for access to your room and the property, and/or a physical key for access to the building. Please keep them safe.

•  Upon check-out, please leave the keys on the desk in your room.

• In case of loss or damage to the keys, the costs indicated in the Emergency and Damage Rates section will apply.

Calls made outside of standard hours may incur additional costs, except in cases where the problem is not attributable to the guest. For any emergency, you can contact +39/3470340420.

Types of Intervention & Fees:

• Lost keys: €10 (Standard Hours [8:00 AM - 10:00 PM]) / €30 (Night Hours [10:00 PM - 8:00 AM]);

• Lock malfunction (not attributable to the guest): €0;

• Lock jammed due to misuse: €10 (Standard Hours [8:00 AM - 10:00 PM]) / €30 (Night Hours [10:00 PM - 8:00 AM]);

• Call for other non-urgent issues: €15 (Standard Hours [8:00 AM - 10:00 PM]) / €35 (Night Hours [10:00 PM - 8:00 AM]).

Any damage to the property or furnishings will be charged as follows:

Types of Damage & Fees:

• Lost key card: 25€;

• Lost cylinder key (European profile): 25€;

• Key broken inside the lock: 60€;

• Forced lock / Tampering with the lock: 80-150€ (depending on the damage);

• Damage to the door (e.g., bumps, deep scratches): 50-200€(depending on the damage);

• Damage to furniture or furnishings: Variable cost based on repair or replacement.

• Smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and common areas. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor spaces.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the property.

• Furniture: It is forbidden to move furniture or decor without prior authorization.

• External Guests: Any external visitors must be reported to and approved by the management.

• Items found in the rooms after check-out will be kept at the property for a maximum period of 90 days, after which they will be disposed of.

• Any shipping of forgotten items is entirely at the guest's expense and care. The guest must arrange collection via express courier directly from the property.

By booking and staying at B&B Bagnara Vista Mare, the guest fully accepts these regulations and any applicable fees for damages or emergency interventions.
